Practical answers about this ministry
What we do, what we do not do, how your information is handled, and what is free.
Do I have to register to use this site?
No. Worship, sermons, prayers, Bible promises, and every teaching page are free and open with no account. You need a free account only to start a post in the Faith Community. Anyone may comment, request prayer, or send a testimony without registering.
Is prayer really free?
Yes, always. We will never charge for prayer, ask for a gift in exchange for prayer, or sell anointed items. If anyone claiming to represent this ministry asks you for money for prayer, it is not us; please report it to us.
Will my prayer request be made public?
No. Prayer requests are private by default and are seen only by the prayer team. There is a separate option if you would like your request shared with the community, and it is off unless you turn it on.
Can I post anonymously?
Yes. When you post in the Faith Community you may publish under your display name or as Anonymous. Anonymous posts still require an account behind the scenes so that moderation can work, but your name is never shown.
Why is my post not appearing straight away?
Every post and comment is reviewed by a moderator before publication. This protects people who are sharing something painful. Review usually takes a few hours.
I have had a bad experience with a church. Am I welcome?
You are welcome, and you will not be pressured or shamed here. We will not attack any church in return, but we will not pretend your experience did not happen either. When and if you are ready, we will gladly help you find a healthy local congregation.
Which Bible translation do you use?
The King James Version, which is in the public domain, so it can be quoted freely anywhere in the world. Every excerpt carries its book, chapter, verse, and the note (KJV) so you can check it yourself.
Do you offer counselling or medical advice?
No. We offer prayer and biblical encouragement. That is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or emergency services. If you are in danger or in crisis, please contact your local emergency services straight away.
How do you use my email address?
Only to reply to you, and to send the newsletter if you asked for it. We never publish it, sell it, or share it with anyone else. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Is giving required?
No. Giving is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of prayer, teaching, membership, or belonging. If you are in financial hardship, please keep your money and let us pray for you instead.
Can I use your sermons and prayers in my own church?
Yes, freely, and you do not need to ask. We would be glad if you mentioned where they came from, but nothing is conditional on that.
How do I report something harmful?
Use the report button on any post or comment, or write to us through the contact page. Reports are read by a moderator. If someone appears to be in danger, tell us plainly in the message so we can respond quickly.
If this is an emergency, or you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services now. This website is not monitored around the clock and cannot provide an urgent response.
Prayer, biblical encouragement, and spiritual support are offered for faith and encouragement. They are not a substitute for emergency services, medical care, legal advice, or professional mental health care.
